GI 1.2.2 Make surface transportation improvements.

The Surface Transportation Improvements Work Program is a continuous program and ongoing at this time.

Water Oak paving construction project was completed in Q3 FY23 per established schedule. The GST Pedestrian Bridge construction project was also completed in Q3 FY23.

CR 90 (Phase 1) paving construction project was completed in Q4 FY23 ahead of established schedule.

Transportation improvements is needed for safety and welfare not only for the residents but also for tourists of Flagler County. The County is continuously growing and roadway safety and capacity needs to be looked at continuously to ensure necessary infrastructure is provided at a quality level that conforms to the industry's most stringent standards.
