County implemented this fund and it is performing up to expectations.

The majority of projects the County must do revolve around maintaining what the County has like painting, roof replacement, HVAC, etc. These projects do not reach the Capital Improvement Project (CIP) level and are of a higher cost than what is routinely placed within an operating budget. Because of this the County is important to treat these projects similar to a CIP project for tracking purposes.
